| EINSTEIN IS WRONG,and with him...

And with him not only his adherentes but his adversaries. Then of thirty eight years studiyng this point I'm able to say that whole the physics are affected by a powerful and false subyacent hypothesis.
It is very well known that the so-called paradoxes are originated from Einstein's interpretation of phenomena occurring at lumininous speed. For many decades, these paradoxes, along with other phenomena anticipated by Einstein's relativity, have been widely accepted, in the same way as we accept the tides, electric storm , and animal reproduction, to mention only a few examples.
It is also known that, in their labs, researcher claim to bear witness to the occurrence of such phenomen on a daily basis. The amazement to the neophyte produced by the interpretation of these phenomena is attributed to their brain's inability to understand what is going on at speeds very much higher that their are conscious.

| In this paper, it will be shown that, at least in this case, there is no such inadequacy of human brains and that Einstein's paradoxes are nothing but mere contradictions. These contradictions are the inevitable result of the forced hodgepodge of two confronting ideas in a same theory: the non-existence of the absolute space jumbled with the existence of it; it was a mistake in the logic use; this is the heart of Einstein's relativity.

How is it possible that such a hybrid has been conceived, accepted and held valid until present times? Because the right experiments, simples as they are, still were not made; as it will shown in the next pages, the reason for this absurdity has resided in the confusion produced by a prejudice. Thus, supreme principles of logic are discredited, namely:
If A is inmobile with respect to B, and C is also inmobile with respect to B, then A and C cannot be in relative motion. This eternal truth of logic and kinematic's reality was made obsolete in order to support a bicentenary prejudice: though there is a worldwide consensus that the luminiferous aether was eradicated from physics by Einstein, the truth is that the aether is at ease, and, so far, has gone unnoticed in his own paradigm. The revelation of this fact in this article should be neuralgic to those few who are to understand it, not for lack of intellectual ability but of the rare independent thought.

WHY THE PARADOXES?
Given the fact that the ultimate aim of physics i to achieve a universal theory, I modestly warn that this would not be true if it were an assemblage of the current theories... In this article, it will be shown that Einstein's relativity is actually an assemblage of two logically opposed concepts, resulting in the paradoxes, an evidence of a mistake driven by the absurd. But Einstein is not to be held sole responsible for this equivocal coupling of two confronting concepts, whose origin can be traced back to the beginning of the 19th century, rather than the 20th century, as an unnoticed consequence of the undulatory theory of light.
Even if there is no universal aether, the result of all experiments carried out at that time to determine its existence has been misinterpreted; a great anaconda is always oversighted, and therefore, it is necessary to open your eyes and mind when reading the following paragraphs.
(The experimental verification of the idea put forward in this article would be easily performed by the autor with the support of any laboratory or university).
As we have read, 19th century physicist were so astonished to learn that all experiments conducted to prove the absolute motion of the Earth failed that they even claimed a conspiracy of nature to frustrate mankind. Finally, a century ago, failing to understand a thing, common sense and Newton's laws were made obsolete.
In fact, at that time, common sense just was absent, as it is today, since the outcome of those experiment was nothing but an anticipation of Newton's theory. This result, which has never been understood, proved that Galileo-Newton's relativity was not limited to classical dynamics but it was also valid both for optics and electromagnetism, since through this kind of experiment it is neither possible to differentiate uniform rectilinear movement from a condition of rest. Should you keep an open mind, you will agree that this interpretation is right since, contrary to what is taught nowadays, if physicist's expectations had been satisfied, if they had succeeded in measuring the Earths's absolute velocity by performing, for example, Michelson-Morley's experiment, then only in this case, Galileo-Newton's relativity could have been discredited with respect to optics.

Notice that even though Newton formulated the relativity principle for his dynamics, nothing indicates that it was restricted to it. In view of the outcome of those experiment, physicists should have realized that classical relativity had wider applications. Newton’s laws did not fail. On the contrary, they were corroborated, since it have been proven that its counterpart, the aether, does not exist. It is amazing that nobody seems to be aware of the fact that the aether is not part of Newtonian physics, or Maxwellian electromagnetism; this is the reason for current difficulties.
Physicists'belief that the calculation for Michelson- Morley experiment were right within the classical physics scheme is incorrect; these calculations were wrongly formulated since Newton's physics implies the non existence of an absolute referent of motion. The result of this test was the logic one. There was no reason for disconcert or surprise or for renouncing Newton or common sense. Newton´s physics describes correctly the result of such experiment; no other explanation is needed or preferable. Einstein, as it will be made clear in the following pages, does not account for the result of this experiment and, therefore, for no other phenomenon linked to that explanation. It will be shown that his theory is an infertile hybrid resulting from the connection of two logically opposed conceps: relativity and absolute space; therefore, consequences are also contradictory; this are, in euphemistic terms, the paradoxes.

| The problem with absolute space is that it is a difficult idea to eradicate, or rather, relativity principle is a concept difficult to apprehend, which is the same. It was even impossible for Newton ; Even when his laws imply relativity, the non-existence of an absolute space, he went on firmy believing in that concept. However, his peculiar and esoteric believes (including absolute space) did not interfere with physics. The case with Einstein was the opposite: he noticed that relativity principle was confirmed by those experiments, both for optics and electromagnetism, but he failed to understand why. The reason for relativity is that there is no universal frame of reference. Paradoxically (and this is the mother of his theory's paradoxes), on the one hand, Einstein stated that there was no need to consider the existence of that sistem, but, on the other, unconsciously, he introduced it into physics. Is there a more undeniable image of this fact than that of planets and stars deforming the absolute space in terms of theirs masses? Wasn't it that a common space was opposite of relativity? if we have understood Galileo's and Newton's relativity, we should know that gravitation field cannot be a "depression" in common space because there is no such thing as common space. Gravitation field cannot exist in a system that is different from its own mass; gravitation field and its intrinsic mass are the same system.

| The truth is contrary to what is told in every university around the world. It is taught that Einstein eradicated the aether from the physics... but there was no aether in Newton's physics. Newton's laws imply the non- existence of aether, this understood as a universal motion reference system. There is either aether or Newtonian physics; these two concepts are mutually exclusive. As we will later observe, it was Einstein who introduced universal aether in his physics; he introduced a contradiction, and therefore, we now have a paradoxical physics that predicts miracles that are wrongly homologated due the absence of logic; for this reason, the understanding of a world based on physics as a fundamental science has been unsuccessful. We should not confuse science, the value of which is the truth, with technological achievements. Despite the many interconnections they have, both are different business. For a century, physics has lost the status of science, since Einstein has actually eradicated logic rather than aether; and without logic it is impossible to reveal the universal aether in his equations. Therefore, the aim of the following paragraph is to disinter the logic and restore the status of science to physics.
